The Six Teens were an extremely popular group in the late '50's and early'60's. They had a smash hit in 1956 "A CASUAL LOOK". They went on to record several other tunes including "ARROW OF LOVE", "TEENAGE PROMISE" and "ONLY JIM".
After several inquiries and requests the group reunited after 35 years. On January 30th, they had a live radio with Bill Gardner on radio station KPCC (83.9). After The show we received close to 100 calls from fans and friends. Their comeback debut was on 2/21/98 in Long Beach, California for the SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA DOO-WOP SOCIETY. The appearance was historical and was received with unbelievable enthusiasm! Today's Six Teens consist of 5 of the 6 original members, Trudy Williams, Beverly Pecot-Martin, Jimmy Smith, Darryl Lewis and Kenneth Sinclair. They are based in southern California with the exception of Darryl who lives in Sacramento.
